I help education, cultural, and nonprofit organizations turn bold vision into people-centered programs that deliver meaningful impact.
About

Building access, belonging, and lasting systems
I am a mission-driven leader who brings together strategy, culture, creativity, and a deep belief in people. My throughline started long before museums - at the Harlem Educational Activities Fund, I built programs and trained teachers that centered youth voice, and at the YWCA of the City of New York, I built a girls' leadership portfolio from the ground up. That grounding in youth development and community work, coupled with data-driven approaches refined by my time at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, are what I carried into cultural institutions, including The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, where I led teams, stewarded multimillion-dollar budgets, built cross-sector partnerships, and developed ambitious programs that connect institutions more meaningfully to the people and communities they serve.
My strength is in making complex organizations understand why their work matters now. I have an instinct for seeing what others overlook, connecting an institution's history and mission to the communities around it, and translating big ideas into experiences that feel relevant, generous, and alive.
As a leader, I pair high expectations with warmth, humor, and grounded values. I build teams people want to be part of, create the conditions for others to do their best work, and know how to move between vision and execution without losing sight of either. Collaborative, equity-centered, and deeply pragmatic, I turn institutional ambitions into sustainable practices — and I bring people with me in the process.
